- Develop production strategies and annual/quarterly production targets based on the company business plan
- Supervise and ensure all production lines operate efficiently and effectively
- Managing production budget
- Ensure product quality meets company standards and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing continuous improvement systems
- Lead the development of production human resource (training, coaching, and succession planning)
- Ensure compliance with K3, environmental regulations, and industry standards (ISO, SMK3)
- Report production performance to top management on a regular basis
